Road Design Rural Roads (RR) level approved with the following condition
All safety barrier designs undertaken at Rural Roads (RR) level to be verified by an independent pre-qualified company with the provision of an accompanying verification report. The verification report is to contain all identified review items in tabulated format as an Appendix.
Road Design UrbanRoads (UR) approved with the following condition
1. Creo Civil Consultants Pty ltd are approved to undertake designs at UR level associated with tie-in works from Developer Funded Projects only and limited to simple un-signalised intersections. These intersections include turn lanes, earthworks, and associated drainage works.
2. All other Urban Roads (UR) level designs such as Signalised Intersections, changes to through carriageway geometry, traffic lanes, or alterations to through traffic capacity must be verified by an independent, UR level prequalified consultant. A formal verification report must be provided. This report must include all review findings in a clearly tabulated and attached as an appendix to the project design report.
3. Please note that all project works on the DTP road network must be supported by a Design Report, prepared in accordance with the Austroads Guide to Road Design – Part 1 and the relevant DTP Supplements.
A review of the “conditional” status for UR level can be requested by Creo Civil following successfully completing three UR-level projects, each supported by a verification report.
