Conditions relating to prequalification:	Conditional Workiste Traffic Management Prequalification is subject to the following conditions being met by Native Oz Group Pty Ltd: - Native Oz Group Pty Ltd cannot implement temporary traffic management on Victorian Freeways and roads with posted speed limit of 80km/h or above (also known as Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) under prequalification) - Native Oz Group Pty Ltd shall notify DoT’s Traffic Management Surveillance team of all approved MOAs for supervision and monitoring for the first 6 months from the date of this letter. Notification of MOAs shall be sent to [email protected]. - If it is identified that Native Oz Group Pty Ltd breaches the requirements of the Worksite Traffic Management Prequalification or has unsatisfactory performance on one or more temporary traffic management sites, the conditional prequalification will be cancelled.
